Sample rows from this week
Real filings from the latest run. On this public page, people's names are shortened to initials, and street numbers and emails are hidden. Business names come from the public filing.
| State | Filed | Business | Type | Industry guess | Address | Contact |

What's in each row
- Business name, entity type, filing date, state ID number, county (NY)
- Principal or business address, with an address quality flag: business, agent address, mail drop, shared, or out of state
- Registered agent, and whether it's a commercial agent service
- Industry guess from the name (Connecticut rows use the NAICS code the filer reported)
- Website match when name.com exists and mentions the business
- Connecticut only: the business email from the state record
We never include phone numbers. Texas data comes from the Comptroller's franchise-tax records and runs about 2 to 3 weeks behind, so Texas ships weekly.

Responsible use
All data comes from public records published by the New York Department of State, the Colorado Secretary of State, the Connecticut Secretary of the State, and the Texas Comptroller, through their open-data portals. Subscribers must follow CAN-SPAM for email, and the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules for any calls or texts. Mail that looks like it comes from a government agency, such as fake "compliance" or "certificate" notices, is illegal in many states and isn't allowed. We're not affiliated with any government agency.
