Terms of Service & Acceptable Use
LLC Leads is operated by Allday General Services LLC, 617 Garber Road, Broussard, LA 70518. Contact: ags.treefarm@gmail.com. By subscribing or downloading files you agree to these terms.
1. The data
Files are compiled from public business-registration records published by state agencies (New York Department of State, Colorado Secretary of State, Connecticut Secretary of the State, Texas Comptroller) through their open-data portals. Records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and industry tags, address-quality flags and website matches are automated guesses. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government body. Files contain no phone numbers.
2. Plans and billing
Starter ($19/month): 1 state, weekly CSV of mailable leads. Pro ($49/month): all 4 states, daily and weekly CSVs plus the Excel workbook, mailable leads. Agency ($149/month): everything in Pro plus full rows (including registered-agent and mail-drop addresses) and full history. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial (one per customer), then renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel, switch plans or update your card anytime under "Manage billing"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and plan changes are prorated. Access to files follows your current plan.
3. Acceptable use (strictly enforced)
You may use the files only for your own lawful marketing and outreach. You must not:
- Send deceptive government-lookalike mail or email. No solicitations designed to look like they come from a government agency or official body, including fake "certificate of status", "certificate of good standing", annual-report, labor-law poster, "compliance" or EIN/registration notices, or anything that implies the recipient is legally required to pay you. These are illegal in many states (for example New York General Business Law §349 and state solicitation-disclosure laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and elsewhere).
- Resell, sublicense, publish or share the files (or lists derived from them) with anyone outside your own company, or use them to build a competing data product. Agencies may use files for their own clients' campaigns but may not hand over the raw files.
- Make illegal calls or texts. Any telemarketing must comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and federal and state Do-Not-Call rules: scrub the National DNC Registry and state lists, and do not use autodialers or prerecorded messages to cell phones without prior express written consent.
- Send email that breaks CAN-SPAM: use truthful sender and subject lines, include your physical address and a working opt-out, and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
- Harass, stalk or discriminate against anyone, or combine the data with sensitive personal information.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach. We may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the data.
4. Removal requests
We honor requests to remove a business or person from future files; see Privacy & removal requests. If a recipient asks you to stop contacting them, you must stop.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
